Lavender Dream

Lavender's flowers have a relaxing and calming effect on the body. The beautiful fragrance has a soothing effect on the sense of smell and mind.
Used regularly it helps to cope with stress. This tea has antidepressant and anti-anxiety properties. Lavender infusion supported by lemon balm leaves, chamomile and lemon verbena wonderfully calms you down and also helps you fall asleep.

Preparation:
Temperature of infusion : 95°C
Infusion Time: 5 mins
Quantity : 1 teaspoon per 200 ml
