Refund Policy
Returns
Our policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Gift cards cannot be refunded.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only a partial refund will be granted:

Any item(s) not in their original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item(s) that are returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, it will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact your bank, as it may take some time for your refund is to be officially processed and posted by them.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to Contract us, return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable, so if you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Where necessary you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, in the event that your return gets lost in the post.
