English Breakfast

A traditional English blend of broken leaf teas. Originally it contained only Chinese tea but now it is a blend of Chinese and Ceylon tea. It happens that in english breakfast tea there are also leaves from Assam, Africa and Indonesia. Its intense flavour goes well with milk and gives a solid morning "kick". It contains a lot of tanine and theine which quickly get you on your feet.
It is a transparent infusion with a dark amber color, and its dried leaves are dark, small and curled that develop during brewing. The taste is expressive with little honey notes. You can brew it two or three times.
English Breakfast Tea stimulates and nourishes. It has anti-atherosclerotic properties and also lowers blood pressure. Black tea has a good effect on the digestive system, because it supports the secretion of digestive juices. In addition black tea prevents tooth decay and gum disease. This tea also contains a large amount of antioxidants and polyphenols.

Infusion Time: 1-3 mins
Quantity : 1 teaspoon per 170 ml
