Chun Mee Green Tea
Chun Mee Green Tea
Description:
This tea owes its name to its distinctive shape, which resembles a 'precious eyebrow' in Chinese. Chun Mee green tea is made from young tea leaves that are picked in spring and then carefully processed to preserve their delicate flavors and aromas. It is an extremely smooth tea with a subtle sweetness and a complex flavor profile, featuring smoky notes and a slightly tart and refreshing plum-like finish.
Chun Mee is a very popular everyday green tea from China, traditionally grown in Jiangxi province but now cultivated throughout the country.
When brewing green tea, it is important to be cautious as it is easy to burn the tea leaves and oversteep, resulting in a slightly bitter taste. We recommend steeping for one minute in water at 75 degrees Celsius
