Lemon Earl Grey

Earl Gray is one of the most recognizable type of tea in the world. This is the legendary British black tea with delicate blue cornflower petals  with a hint of lemon flavour. Lemon peel adds refreshment and a pleasant taste.

Preparation:
Temperature of infusion : 90°C
Infusion Time: 2-3 mins
Quantity : 1 teaspoon per 300 ml
